Research:

  • Introduction to research and evidence-based practice
  • Recruiting autistic people and people with learning disabilities (including those who lack capacity) into research

Positive Behavioural Support:

Learning disability and autism:

  • Understanding learning disability and autism in forensic specialist settings (in person or online) aetiology, characteristics and approaches to interventions for offending behaviour and behaviours that challenge
  • Aetiology, characteristics and treatment needs of people with learning disabilities and autistic people with a history of deliberate fire setting
  • Mental Capacity and Capacity to Consent.
  • Psychological therapies: evidence and adaptation.
